Total Time 1 hour hour 25 minutes minutes

Equipment

  • Large Sheet Pan/Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Medium Saucepan
  • Heatproof spatula or wooden spoon
  • Offset spatula or butter knife
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Sharp knife or your hands

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ sleeves chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter (cubed)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Holiday M&M's
  • red and green frosting to decorate (Melt in the microwave for 10 seconds before using.)

Instructions

Prevent your screen from going dark

Step 1: Prep the Baking Sheet & Preheat Oven

  • Before you start the toffee, line your baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the chocolate graham crackers in a single layer so they're ready for the hot toffee.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Make the Toffee Base

  • In a saucepan, combine butter and light brown sugar over medium heat.
  • Stir occasionally until the mixture becomes bubbly and frothy (about 10-15 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Quickly pour the hot toffee over a parchment-lined baking sheet topped with chocolate graham crackers.
  • Use a spatula or spoon to spread evenly before it begins to harden.

Step 3: Layer the White Chocolate

  • Immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the hot toffee layer.
  • Place the pan in a 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes, just until the chocolate begins to soften.
  • Remove from the oven and gently spread the melted chocolate across the surface until smooth.

Decorate & Cool

  • While the chocolate is still soft, press M&M's gently on top. Add red and green frosting swirls or sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Add red and green frosting swirls or sprinkles for a festive touch. Once hardened, break into 2-4 inch pieces and enjoy or package for gifts!

Notes

Storage:
  • Once the white chocolate toffee bark is fully cooled, you can break it apart and line an airtight container with parchment paper and store the bark in there. Place a layer of parchment paper between layers to keep if from sticking to each other.
  • Place it in a cool, dark place for up to a week.
  • Tip- if you have space in your refrigerator, I would personally store it in there.
