Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Baking Sheet & Preheat Oven
Before you start the toffee, line your baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the chocolate graham crackers in a single layer so they’re ready for the hot toffee.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Make the Toffee Base
In a saucepan, combine butter and light brown sugar over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until the mixture becomes bubbly and frothy (about 10–15 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Quickly pour the hot toffee over a parchment-lined baking sheet topped with chocolate graham crackers.
Use a spatula or spoon to spread evenly before it begins to harden.
Step 3: Layer the White Chocolate
Immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the hot toffee layer.
Place the pan in a 350°F oven for 2–3 minutes, just until the chocolate begins to soften.
Remove from the oven and gently spread the melted chocolate across the surface until smooth.
Decorate & Cool
While the chocolate is still soft, press M&M’s gently on top. Add red and green frosting swirls or sprinkles for a festive touch.
Add red and green frosting swirls or sprinkles for a festive touch. Once hardened, break into 2–4 inch pieces and enjoy or package for gifts!
Notes
Storage:
Once the white chocolate toffee bark is fully cooled, you can break it apart and line an airtight container with parchment paper and store the bark in there. Place a layer of parchment paper between layers to keep if from sticking to each other.
Place it in a cool, dark place for up to a week.
Tip- if you have space in your refrigerator, I would personally store it in there.
