- 10 ounces cauliflower riced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- bacon crumbles
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
