    Submit A Recipe

Want your recipe featured on Latina Mom Meals?

We love to share recipes created with love and influenced with a story! If you have a recipe you want to share with our readers, please fill out the form below!

Be sure to include a little history about yourself and your recipe.

Here are some suggestions when submitting a recipe:
    • Include measurements -if possible, I know many Latinos do not measure. (A little of, a lot of, more of -still helps!)
    • Include photos -we eat with our eyes, and if I recreate your recipe, I want it to stay true to how you make it!
    • Include a source- who/what inspired your recipe?! Did your abuela pass it down, or was it accidental, maybe you found it from another website and created it your own. We would love to give credit where credit is due. 🙂
    • Do not copy and paste from another site- Copying a website's wording/images is a huge no-no and can shut down Latina Mom Meals. Please make sure your submission is yours! Meaning, include images you or a family member has taken. If you want to send an image from Google for a reference, please state it with the message.

Thank you so much and we can not wait to try your amazing recipe!
