Grilled Pineapple Cilantro Lime Chicken Kabobs

3
chicken breasts
cut into 1 inch chunks
¼
cup
of Mazola Corn Oil
2
tablespoons
of Maple Syrup
2
teaspoons
of Pink Himalayan Salt
1
teaspoon
of ground black pepper
¼
cup
of cilantro
chopped
1
cup
of crushed pineapples
drained
1
small lime
squeezed
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
Once chicken has marinated, thread 5-7 chunks of chicken onto kabob skewers.
Oil grill grates and preheat grill over medium high heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add your chicken to the grill, spaced apart and cook 4-5 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through.
Serve.
Notes
Chicken is cooked through when temps reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally, or chicken juices run clear.
