Ingredients
salad

elbow macaroni
cooked and drained
1 ½
cups
of cooked shrimp
peeled and deveined

celery stalk
minced

carrot
peeled and finely chopped

tablespoons
of red onion
finely chopped

red bell pepper
chopped

hard boiled eggs
peeled and chopped
Tajin seasoning
to garnish
sauce

cup
of mayonnaise
¼
teaspoon
of adobo seasoning
or salt

of mustard
¼-1/2

of lemon juice
or to taste

of granulated white sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all of the salad ingredients together.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients, and taste to adjust to your liking
Pour sauce mixture over salad mixture and gently fold together.
Cover salad and refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.

Can be refrigerated up to two days.
