1teaspoonof better than bouillon vegetable paste or 1 cube of chicken bouillon
2tablespoonsof chopped cilantro
2tablespoonsof oil
1cupof corn
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot add in ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often. Once water begins to boil, and most water has begun to evaporate, cover with a tight-fitting lid and lower heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
