Arroz Con Maiz| White Rice with Corn Recipe

  • 2 cups of white rice rinsed
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of better than bouillonĀ vegetable paste or 1 cube of chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of corn
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large pot add in ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often. Once water begins to boil, and most water has begun to evaporate, cover with a tight-fittingĀ lid and lower heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
