Ingredients

avocado
diced

cup
of fresh mozzarella balls
halved

cup
of cherry tomatoes
hlaved

tablespoons
of fresh basil
chopped
1
teaspoon
of lemon juice

tablespoon
of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
balsamic glaze to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl add in avocado, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
In a small bowl, add in lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
Add lemon mixture to avocado and toss ingredients together.
Serve immediately and add balsamic glaze when serving.
